REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION: We are looking for a mature, well organized, enthusiastic, proactive and self motivated team player with good communication skills to fill this position. The ideal candidate will also need to demonstrate that they are flexible, reliable, highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure to complete projects efficiently. Confidentiality & diplomacy are imperative as are excellent time management skills, computer literacy including Excel, Word & Outlook, good grammar & spelling for corresponding with clients. Good phone manner to answer incoming calls. Work directly to Facility Manager, President & CEO.
